What this project involved

Installing solar across 120 terrace houses is not a one-off roof job — it is a programme. Each unit needed consistent panel layout, clean cable routes, and electrical interfaces that match the estate’s construction programme so houses could be handed over without rework.

From the drone views you can see the pattern: completed rows with full rooftop arrays sitting alongside blocks still under structure. That mix is typical of estate solar — work has to move with the builder’s sequence, not against it.

Why categorise it under Solar

This sits in our Solar project category because the primary deliverable is rooftop PV at residential scale. The surrounding electrical works (DB readiness, isolation, earthing and documentation) are what make the arrays safe and approvable — covered on our solar installation service page and in the project insight.
