It’s a contractor registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga with competent wiremen on site. TNB will not connect supply, and councils may not approve a renovation, for work done outside this framework.

If you run motors, compressors, chillers, ovens, large air-conditioning or heavy machinery, usually yes — or your load is already near the single-phase limit. We do a load calculation first and only recommend an upgrade if the numbers require it.

Yes. We install security & ELV systems for business premises — CCTV cameras and NVRs, door access & access control, fire alarm systems, and UPS for servers or critical circuits. The cabling and power are coordinated with the main electrical work so it’s tidy and one contractor handles everything.

Yes — best done during wiring or rewiring work. We handle the electrical side: running a neutral wire to the switch (most older homes don’t have one), making sure the load & circuits are right, and fitting the smart switch / dimmer / smart lighting. Works with common devices on the market (Tuya, Aqara, Sonoff, Xiaomi, Tapo and others) — you buy the device, we install it safely.

Yes — new supply, additional supply and meter coordination for new units, renovations and added load, including testing and completion forms.
