From survey to handover

Survey and lux check

We note existing fittings, ceiling type, mounting height and, for work areas, measure current lux levels.

STEP 2

Layout and quotation

Fitting type, quantity, circuits and any DB changes set out in writing.

STEP 3

Installation

Old fittings removed, new circuits and fittings installed with neat finishing.

STEP 4

Test and handover

Circuits tested, emergency lighting checked and lux readings repeated where applicable.

Frequently asked questions

How much does LED lighting save compared with fluorescent?

LED fittings typically use significantly less power than T8 fluorescent or metal-halide lamps for similar light output, and last far longer. The saving depends on operating hours, so we estimate it for your site.

Can you install high bay lighting in a factory?

Yes. We install LED high bay and linear fittings at height using the right access equipment, and plan the work to limit disruption to production.

Do smart switches work with any house wiring?

Many smart switches need a neutral wire at the switch box, which older Malaysian houses do not always have. We check this at the survey and tell you what is possible before you buy.

Is emergency lighting required?

Commercial and industrial buildings generally need emergency lighting and exit signs under fire safety requirements. We install and test them, and can advise on what your premises should have.

Do you supply the lights?

Both ways work. We can supply and install, or install fittings you have bought. We will warn you if a chosen fitting is unsuitable for the ceiling or circuit.
