Electrical repair and fault-finding with same-day response

When the power trips, a socket smells burnt or half the house goes dead, you need someone who finds the cause, not just resets the breaker. We offer same-day response across the Klang Valley, Cyberjaya and Seremban, subject to location and schedule.

Typical faults

Problems we diagnose and repair

Tripping and power loss

Trip & kuasa putus

  • Main breaker, MCB or ELCB/RCCB tripping repeatedly, with or without anything switched on.
  • Part of the premises with no power while the rest is fine, or a dead circuit after a storm.
  • Appliances that trip the supply the moment they are plugged in.
  • Earth leakage found by isolating circuits and testing insulation, not by guessing.

Burnt and damaged equipment

Rosak & terbakar

  • Burnt sockets, loose terminals, melted switches and overheated cable joints.
  • Damaged DB components: failed MCBs, burnt busbars and loose neutral connections.
  • Flickering or dimming lights from loose neutral, voltage drop or failing fittings.
  • Rodent or water damage to cables in ceilings, conduit and outdoor lighting.

After the repair

Selepas baik pulih

  • Plain-language explanation of what failed and what is still at risk.
  • Test readings recorded so you can see the fix worked.
  • Recommendation on rewiring, DB replacement or load balancing only where needed — no upselling.
  • Option to move into scheduled monthly inspection to avoid repeat problems.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide 24-hour emergency service?
No. We provide same-day response, subject to your location and our schedule, rather than a round-the-clock call-out. If you contact us early in the day, the chance of a same-day visit is much higher.
What should I do if I smell burning from a socket or DB?
Switch off at the main breaker if it is safe to reach, keep people away, do not touch the burnt part and call us. If you see flames or smoke, evacuate and call the fire department first.
Why does my ELCB keep tripping?
It usually means current is leaking to earth through a faulty appliance, damaged cable insulation or moisture. We isolate circuits one by one and test insulation to find the source.
Can I just replace the MCB with a larger one?
No. A bigger breaker may stop tripping but leaves the cable unprotected and can cause a fire. The right fix is to find the overload or fault and size protection to the cable.
Will you quote before repairing?
Yes. Small repairs are quoted on site before work starts. For larger faults we give a written scope and price after diagnosis.
