Electrical wiring, cable laying and busduct

From wiring rumah for a new home to cable laying and busduct in a factory, we install, extend and rewire electrical systems to the standards a registered contractor is expected to meet — with tests recorded before we hand over.

Scope of work

Wiring work by building type

Homes and shops

Wiring rumah & kedai

  • New wiring for renovations, extensions and fit-outs: lighting, power points, aircond circuits and water heater circuits.
  • Rewiring of older terrace houses and shop lots where aluminium or perished PVC wiring, frequent trips or overloaded circuits are found.
  • New DB with MCB and RCD protection, circuit labelling and tidy concealed or surface conduit.
  • Extra points, dedicated circuits and relocation of switches and sockets.

Cable laying and containment

Kabel & dulang kabel

  • Armoured and XLPE cable laying in trenches, ducts, trays and on ladder racks.
  • Cable tray, ladder, trunking and conduit installed to a planned route with proper supports.
  • Glanding, lugging and termination at boards, motors and equipment, with torque checked.
  • Fire-stopping and cable identification so future work is traceable.

Busduct and industrial feeders

Busduct & feeder

  • Busduct (busbar trunking) supply and installation for feeders and tap-offs in factories and commercial buildings.
  • Sub-main and feeder cables between main switchboard, sub-boards and machines.
  • Motor, machine and production-line power connections.
  • Insulation resistance and continuity tests recorded for each feeder before energising.

How we work

From survey to handover

STEP 1

Survey and load check

We inspect the existing system, count loads and identify what needs replacing, extending or isolating.

STEP 2

Clear written quotation

Itemised scope covering cable sizes, breakers, containment and testing, so you can compare fairly.

STEP 3

Installation

Work planned around your occupancy or production, with clean routing and labelled circuits.

STEP 4

Testing and handover

Insulation, continuity, earth-loop and RCD tests recorded; DB schedule and circuit labels updated.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if my house needs rewiring?
Warning signs include frequent MCB or ELCB trips, warm or discoloured sockets, flickering lights, crumbling cable insulation and houses over 25 to 30 years old that have never been rewired. We inspect and test before recommending rewiring.
How much does house wiring cost in Malaysia?
Cost depends on the number of points, cable type, wall construction and whether the work is concealed or surface. We quote by scope after a site visit, so you can see what each part costs.
What is busduct and when is it used?
Busduct, or busbar trunking, is a prefabricated enclosed conductor system used in place of heavy cables to distribute large currents in factories and commercial buildings. It suits long straight feeders with multiple tap-off points.
Do you lay cable underground?
Yes. We handle trench, duct and direct-buried cable laying with correct depth, marking tape and protection, plus pulling, glanding and termination.
Will you test the wiring after installation?
Always. We record continuity, insulation resistance, earth loop impedance and RCD operation, and give you the results at handover.
